I walked everywhere! Downtown, restaurants and beach are all nearby. I was here visiting my daughter and this was a great little Carpinteria rental retreat after a day with the family.

The Ninth & Holly cottage was cozy, clean, and convenient. It is within walking distance of everything in Carpinteria, blocks from the beach, restaurants, stores, library, and museum. It is one block from the Brass Bird coffee shop, a great place for food, drinks, and baked goods. The cottage itself was very comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay.

Loved staying in this little place close to the beach. Walkable to downtown Carp, the beach, and all the hiking trails. The host was kind and communicative. Can’t wait to stay again! Great Carpinteria rental.

Simple, clean, pleasant place to stay. Nice, firm bed. Generous w towels and supplies. Sweet walk to the beach, which is for sure the best part of it. Location is safe-feeling. Free Netflix was appreciated. 

Evolve (mgmt company) gave pleasant interactions. Recommend!

My husband and I came to stay at Holly Cottage while our home was being repaired and it was a welcome, comfortable little place to stay. Offstreet parking in the driveway was appreciated. Clean and well stocked. Thank you Ruben for being so kind!

Excellent accomodations, really clean with extra towels and ample space throughout. we were on the road for 12 hours and felt right at home through the door.

I stayed for 2 weeks while working in the area.  Freeway access is 2 minutes away, and downtown with good eats is 2 blocks.  Sweet spot. 

I love that my family lives in Carp however they don't have enough sleeping room for guests. Holly Cottage provided a nice firm bed, a clean bathroom with many towels, and morning coffee to get us on our way for the day!
